Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients through online communication channels, including email, chat, video calls, and phone calls, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide virtual property tours, presentations, and consultations to prospective buyers and sellers, effectively highlighting property features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized online marketing strategies to promote their properties, including creating engaging property listings, virtual staging, and online advertising campaigns.
- Actively follow up with potential clients to nurture leads, address inquiries, and guide them through the online real estate sales process, from initial contact to closing the transaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends, online marketing strategies, and digital tools, ensuring a competitive edge in the online real estate sales domain.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all online interactions, leads, and transactions using designated customer relationship management (CRM) software.
